It would also be helpful if you have a reference link to a website you like or even a competitors website, the more detail you provide, the better.

Once you have a quote and decide to go ahead, I will require a 30% non refundable deposit to cover my initial time to set up a framework and screenshots for you. I can also show you some examples or snapshots of sites in the same category as yours to give you an idea.. Once the final draft is completed, you can request any reasonable changes to be made until you are satisfied. At this stage the remaining balance is paid and the file directory can be transferred to your server. (This normally works best by providing me with a temporary password to your Hosting site for me to upload the files and once the site is up and running, you change the password)

I have a Pay pal account and will send you a link to pay the deposit and then again the balance on completion of the project

I will do my best to check that all the links, form outputs etc. are working correctly before handover but if there is a problem , I will sort it out at no cost

I will be happy to provide after sales support and add any functionality or extra pages however there will be some cost involved depending on the time taken to upgrade your site
